This apartment is located on the first floor of the Schneehaus. It has a spacious entrance area with plenty of room for your coats and shoes. The living room has a wooden parquet floor and a seating area with two comfortable chaise longues from where you can watch Satellite TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and an oak dining table for long and pleasant evenings.

The bedroom has a spacious double bed (1.80 m) and in the bed/living room, there is a bed of 1.60m. and a couch.

The bathroom has a shower and there is separate toilet.

The 12 meter wide balcony is completely south facing and gives a beautiful view over the Sonnenspitze! There is a table and seating outside.
